In the south, out of Ho Chi Min city about an hour. Hoi An in Central Vietnam is also great, ancient port city with a range of influences.
I'm a bit claustrophobic, it freaked me out, how small and deep they were, but I'm glad I did it.

Fully agree, I find alcohol and too much sugar will impact my vision.
I've had a stress related pressure in one eye from my uni days, that impacted me about a decade ago, better now I'm controlling my stress levels. I was also deliberately sprayed in the eyes with a chemical a few years ago, that caused some issues.
We had a hot one this year, had been cooler for the last few years on Christmas.
My son made me use the Nintendo switch and I had to wear my reading glasses, pathetic 😂
