Which is why children are so sensitive and easily pick up on things adults cant. Child like curiosity shouldn’t be only in children, it should be in every proper functioning persons brain.
Something I forgot is was how much the loaf shrinks. I was worried about it sticking and then realized the grease from the meat and the shrinkage of the loaf work that mess of it sticking.
It’s out of the oven and smells amazing… uhhhh wish I had a blast chiller so I can dig in!!!
What exactly spice do you use for gyro? I think I might throw down a loaf tonight.
