If they don't, you can just refuse to do the interview.

Sparred one of the coaches. He caught my teep, tried to sweep me, but I tried to wiggle my way out and my knee went sideways.
It's not ideal, since I had that knee badly injured while playing Rugby around 13 years ago.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to go sparring tomorrow, but, hopefully, I can be back training next week.
I'm treating it with an ice, by the way. My coach said not to use warming gels or Thai liniment. You got any better recommendations?

Would you say quail are less destructive, compared to chickens or even ducks? I'd like a few ducks around, laying their massive eggs too.
