I only had 1kg worth of meat and made 6 patties. The other 2 were for my GF 😄

You vs. the girl he tells you not to worry about

Today's breakfast is 4 beef patties (20% fat), 8 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, 4 slices of mature cheddar cheese, 4 eggs

Today, I got:

• punched in the face and stomach

• kicked in the head, stomach, and legs

It's been a while, but I really missed sparring.

If you're looking for a humbling experience, go for a Muay Thai sparring session.

P.S. of course I punched and kicked back. I'm not a freaking heavy bag 😂

Going for my first Muay Thai sparring session in 6 months.

I finally feel confident again, since I tore my meniscus in mid summer.

Been doing only basic training and heavy bag work since mid September.

Wish me luck 🤞🏻

Marxists like free stuff, as long as they don't have to pay for it lol

For me, the tiny amount of extra money really wasn't worth the stress, effort, responsibility, and schedule change really wasn't worth it.

A few months ago, I was offered a promotion.

My pay would increase by ~8%, while my responsibilities would pretty much double, and the stress level would increase meaningfully.

Not to mention my schedule would be much more restrictive, compared to the very flexible one I already have.

My answer was a simple NO.

But why? I could've stacked more Bitcoin, right?

Yeah, sure. You could say that...

But I expect the purchasing power of my Bitcoin savings to grow at a minimum of 20% per year, for the next 10 years.

It really isn't worth it, when you look at it that way.

Saving in Bitcoin puts you in a financial situation where you're not desperate for promotions.

Have you had a similar experience?
