I am a migrant.

I sometimes wonder why muslims build companies as large as the ones they work for? not everyone understandably is an entrepreneur but muslim engineers are the work horses that build many of the services these companies use.

Tell ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do as you will. Your deeds will be observed by Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. And you will be returned to the Knower of the seen and unseen, then He will inform you of what you used to do.”

A world where total fertility rates (TFR) among the masses fall below replacement levels demands a shift in strategy for constructing new Islamicate cultures. Rather than striving to save or reform existing societies or cultures on a large scale, the focus should shift to ethnogenesis—the creation or emergence of new ethnic or cultural groups.

The "other" now effectively opts out of the future by limiting their cultural footprint in subsequent generations. Such stark differentiation among groups is unprecedented in this form. Historically, all cultural groups had comparable TFRs due to the inevitability of childbirth. Differences in reproduction rates were primarily linked to societal rank and wealth rather than divergent cultural codes.

This disparity in fertility today means that simply having four children allows a family to exert disproportionate influence on the cultural landscape of the future—especially when factoring in other means of cultural influence.

Strengthening groups that already align with a shared cultural framework is a more efficient strategy than attempting to reverse low TFR trends among the broader population or trying to convert others to our way of life.

Ambitious and capable elites, particularly those within the top 20% of society, are notably flexible in their loyalties. Their allegiance often shifts when they perceive a new group demonstrating vitality and a clear path to future dominance. This dynamic includes secular Muslims who lack strong ideological commitment to the prevailing liberal ideologies held by current ruling elites.

Such individuals will adapt and align themselves once they sense a shift in cultural and societal momentum. Therefore, a wise polity should prioritize empowering groups that exhibit promise and fit within the desired cultural framework. These groups will form the nucleus of a future elite, around which secular, nominal Muslims are likely to gravitate in due course.

Forgive my ignorance but what I understood is that new Muslims should have more kids away from their current environment and create new societies? is that what you mean?

No doubt...I think you can't move ahead without the basics...and the warning call is not just for Turkiye...need to sound the alarm in any and all muslim majority society

Sobhan Allah...this deen is simple yet it gets over philosophized like some mutant stockholm syndrom memory of collonialist past.

Rationality and behaviour are two different concepts that have their place in understanding economic activity. NeoLib econs are overtly mathematical because their approach to modeling discounts irrationality because it makes the model easier to analyze (quantitatively). But that means that they short change the results obtained from the analysis.

It's funny how these companies come full circle they work supposedly work hard to weed out in their early days fake accounts to keep the integrity of the networks intact...and their downfall will be the very thing they tried to prevent in the first place.

The spirit of Islam is iconoclastic, it moved through symbol and in the hearts of its faithful via created abstractions beyond the material and profane. It relied on inner realities to move men, shape minds and save hearts. Exemplars abounded of course, but in memory they faded into hagiographical mist - transferring from mundane historical record, to legend and ultimately to myth.

This created a distinct form of parasocial culture, relationships were anchored to spiritual poles that in time had accrued layers of myth and embellishment to the point that the person in question had been eclipsed by the legend that had grown around them. These legends and myths pointed to a larger transcendent reality - a form of communication between generations and souls spanning across time and space. In stark contrast to the parasocial patterns today that form around the mundane, the profane and are inextricably tied down to a specific instance and circumstance of iniquity. Parasocial patterns today thrive on an openly transparent hermeneutics of slop. Degraded surface-level mimetics that ends up corrupting the soul and mind.

If however, this same mimetic force could be marshalled towards a spirituality of obfuscation and self-effacement it could be explosive. The mimicry of mediocre celebrity that sought to scavenge off the dregs of peasant capital would be decimated, by emphasizing self-effacement in the hyperdigital there would be the potential for creating new Islamicate myths and legends. Dawah Inc thus would be vanquished not through brute force but by shadow war - by nameless, faceless neo-Malamatiyya who would never conform or give in to the fragile illusory promise of e-celebrity.

The keys to unlocking the mimetic potential of the hyperdigital lie within the archives - there were always souls suspicious of the sunlight, the easy promise of transparent success and public adulation. There have always been those who remained distant from the corrupting influence of a hermeneutics that all too often played to the whims and passions of the masses. Yet, they nonetheless felt compelled to spark transformation through deploying a different form of communication, a different form of art that sought to eclipse the flesh of status and social standing. Islam through its initial iconoclastic spirit lends itself as fertile terrain for this enterprise.

And truly God knows best

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Jannah is nearer to anyone of you than your shoe-lace, and so is the (Hell) Fire".

That visit to Palestine paid dividends. Many muslims will not make the migration over to Nostr just because of reach...people generally prioritize self validation and they wont get much of it here.
