Happy to announce the issue is resolved. I was able to get help from Moritz from Alby support nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm . They removed my ASN number from their block list. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Alby chrome extension, and now I have access to my wallet with the option to send from desktop. Thanks to everyone who attempted to help.

Whatever the case, we know for sure government and big business (Blackrock, JP Morgan, etc.)is ready to take over.

After putting in a passcode, the extension opens to an Alby welcome page. On the left, there’s the option to sign up or log in. I get the error message when I try to login.

On the right, is an option to connect other wallets.

- I zap from Mobile, no problem.

- On desktop, I go to the Chrome Extension. It asks me to choose a passcode.

- From there, I can sign up or log in.

- once I attempt to log into my existing wallet from the Chrome Alby Interface, that’s when I get the error message.

- On my screen, the only message is error, please contact support.

I did that and they mentioned that they recently needed to restrict Chrome access due to malicious bot behavior. They asked for my ASN (which made me nervous), and I’m still waiting to hear back from them… that was 7 days ago.

The problem is the browser connection. I can’t access the wallet through the chrome extension (on desktop). I keep getting an error message, & contact support. Support attempted to help, after asking for my computer’s ASN, which I thought was weird… I haven’t heard back. It’s been 7 days now.
