Good thing you have bitcoin, now you won’t need anything from them. If they have fiat it will probably be worthless anyway. Still seems like a weird position to take. FWIW I changed jobs five years ago so I could cash out my 401k so I’m picking up what you’re putting down.
By the time you are two cycles deep, unless you have had a huge pay raise, the amount of extra bitcoin your stacking really drops off. I still stack hard because I like the idea of giving it to the man.

I convert all my pay to bitcoin then cover my monthly expenses with a credit card. Once a month I sell enough bitcoin to zero out the credit card . This way I have maximum exposure to bitcoin for the longest time. Only 12 sales per year so not too hard for taxes.

I used to worry that my bank would deny my transfers to buy bitcoin. Now that I send 100% of my paycheck to Strike and convert it all to bitcoin the banks worry is that I won’t transfer enough fiat back to them.
Makes my payday stacking look a little insignificant but it makes me feel good to be doing my part. Every Sat off exchanges helps.

A super episode it made me realize that it wasn’t just me suffering from the money spigot above me but also all those below me. It’s really made me double my efforts to use less fiat.

You’re right it gets the end result for us but it would be better to force them to buy it first then send it to us, but small steps slowly slowly.
