Pilot, Bitcoin Pleb

I’m in the US but i had a friend in SA get a second hand one from them with bitcoin, a so so experience but possible.

I had rental properties but they don’t grow in purchasing power as fast as bitcoin, even when you take into account the cash flow/tax savings/capital growth and equity growth. They are also a pain to manage. So i sold them and bought bitcoin, couldn’t be happier.

I like supporting bitcoin companies. I think of every Sat back as a dollar in 10 years time. Im really keen to get the credit card when it comes out so i can get closer to automating all my payments.

Forcing workers to contribute to retirement savings schemes snd then taxing the unrealized capital gains on them.

Asking if someone would move somewhere is telling because the cost to do so is high. When someone says place X or Y is passing America but they don’t want to move there what they are communicating is that these places have redeeming qualities but overall where they are is actually better.

I took from your first note that you endorse socialism/communism, features of which include the abolishment of private property and centralizing banking and money issuance. This seems contrary to the ownership of bitcoin, which is designed to be unconfiscatable and not need banks. If you truly believe in socialism and communism this seems incompatible with bitcoin.

Risk of damage or theft probably makes leasing to risky for them. Buy an old Toyota Hilux now as well buy bitcoin with the difference to a new car cost and upgrade in 4 years

Consider leasing for four years. You get yo keep more money in bitcoin appreciating for another cycle. In the meantime you get to drive a new car for small monthly payments.

Those will rentals will sell them when they realize the opportunity cost of not owning bitcoin

I think they called it the guilded age, America late 1800’s, when wages slowly went up snd cost of goods and services slowly went down. Probably pales in comparison to the richness of life in Cuba, Russia, China

I like the idea of lots of open source free options that people or organizations provide of their volition. I think if the employers that need educated people provided scholarships / apprenticeships for the courses they need that would be a better alternative to government provided free education or loans.

It’s a product, user should pay, with a safety net for those that truly don’t have the means. I don’t approve of blanket ‘free’ stuff for everyone.

One of the advantages of violently overthrowing your European overlords is that you can start fresh. Australia unfortunately has devolved into socialism.
