Sisson is the guy behind the Primal diet, which is essentially a primer for Paleo (which is what I do with some modifications). I know of his stuff too, and even consume some of the stuff from Primal Kitchen at times.

Eating within a 6-8 hour window was actually what our bodies were designed to do. I'm not a doctor, but from what I've researched, that was what our bodies do. We've been accustomed to eating three times a day (sometimes more), that we don't realize our bodies are getting destroyed due to that.

Any job shouldn't require any form of education that is paid for by the trainee. Granted, there are some that I do understand require that type of training, but even then, there should be options that don't cost as much for quality. It's saddening that we're like this, really.

That is a result of a calcium overflow. If you want good bones, collagen is the way to go. Calcium and collagen combined are good, but make sure you don't overdo the calcium, as that's bad for the body. It had been alleged in a study that calcium is the reason people tend to get osteoporosis.

The things I've been noticing about certain things happening in our world have been justified. I won't get into specifics, but I have noticed quite a few things that people don't seem to understand, and they have vindicated my beliefs on certain topics.
