I didn’t understand.

Let me explain with what I understand so (hopefully) someone who get it right can fix it for me:

1) You have some on-chain, 1st layer, good old bitcoin.

2) You pick a ASP (Ark service provider) to lock you Bitcoin with a script. (At this point I understand Ark put more weight to lift for ASPs)

3) So they create vUTXOs for you according to the amount you locked in the script.

4) I have no idea how this vUTXOs traded between different ASPs or do they native to ASP and not possible to pass that vUTXO to other people from other ASPs.

This method is still vulnerable to the high fee environment on the base chain. I don’t think it is theoretically possible to avoid it completely. That was my first impressions from the Bitcoin Conference Presentation so I think I got it wrong. Any help or explanation is highly appreciated!

This is embrassing but I couldn’t make my sparrow wallet to connect to Start9 embassyOS properly so thinking go back to Umbrel for Bitcoin Node. Hope the announcement is about something to make it work more robust. Not sure how a mobile app would be a gamechanger.

Just to give you a little background about my “Running your own Node journey”: I switched from Umbrel to EmbassyOS because it randomly didn’t open properly and entrapped in an infinite manual reboot loop. I formatted SD card and same happened so it was weird.

The question I have in my mind. I have a multisig wallet with BTC in it. Okay now what...

How I can do something with it (Ark or not) without doing something first in the Main Chain. If I don't need to do anything in the MainChain how it can prevent me from double spent it.

What I never understand with Lightining is I use Muun to switch my mainchain BTC to Lightining. But if Muun didin’t exist I have no idea to do that. Can you explain what software you use, how do you send main chain BTC to this Lightining etc.

Hey again :) I’m sorry if I made it sound worse than it actually is. I’m from Turkey. The problem here is not about safety but the same guy is leading the country for more than 20+ years. Even if he advertises himself as the only hope for stability for the future of our country a lot of people can see clearly that he is the actual reason for all the instability. What is even more sad people actually vote for a system change that make the parliament almost irrelevant and put all the power to the president. Now he can use all the possibilities of a huge government behind him to make an Election campaign for himself. The last but not least opposition leaders is not even aware of the weight they should be carrying on their shoulders because that weight arise from our hopes and our fears for the future of our childeren.

So even it is not an end there is another election this sunday. I fear people will select the same guy again. And he will recieve it as a message that peole approved everything he did till know so he can continue and even raise hands. I secretly afraid this might be the last (semi-democratic) election we had. The election itself is the last tool that we use for democracy and that might be taken away like protesting, or civil society organizations etc…

The most weird of all is probably the people from other countries Syria, Lebanon, Morocco talks like this leader we have is the best thing ever happened to us or something. Which is extremely frustrating…

Anyway sorry for ranting. What about you. Where and how did gas thing happened? Where do you live now?

I’m did my Major and M.S. in Physics and worked on Molecular Dynamics simulations for my Master Thesis.

Sad thing is the environment for universities were not ideal in my country so I stopped following that dream after my M.S. resigned from the university I was working as a Teaching Assistant.

Nowadays I’m working as a Coder and Project Manager for a Machine Supplying company. It is a good life but I miss the university and Physics. The unknown… Nowadays my days mostly focused on Bitcoin and general events around the world. Also the unstable political climate in my own Country drain more of my energy than I would like to spare.

Dude I get that you are an extrovert and it is not a stressfull thing to talk with people you incited to your show. I understand that. I see a Turkish flag in the picture of the news which is not related to a specific country. Is this a new level of clickbait or just coincidince? Like showing a thumbnail specific to you/your location etc..

What this post made me realize… Things we use for many years and don’t even thinking sharing that information assuming it is general knowledge and known by everyone such an easy trap to fell.

He can still be right maybe we are not in the “future enough” :)
