Make the states great again. Move all unconstitutional federal powers back to state control. Enforce the 10th Amendment. Build cashu tools.

Probably a fool’s errand.

If you follow the money and see the AI revolution coming, the only way to address this is turn everything off.

Without Snowden whistleblowing we wouldn’t know any of this was happening. And he didn’t have all the information at the time, much less now.

Call them out, raise the issue, do the things but seems like whack a mole at this point.

Nip-Furio:

There should be an algo that tracks prolific posters of notes. Like, for instance, top 1000 users ranked by most notes per week for the last 5 weeks.

1. New users are shown this groups notes as their feed

2. Everyone is given the option to “follow all” of these top nostr influencers.

This re-directs us away from promoting “most followed” and promotes more posting of notes. Proof of work.

Bot downvotes might need to be a thing.

Default algo should show top 1000 nostr users notes (top by posts per week for last month).

Then it seems lively on first load.

Would like to see a comparison:

SimplexChat vs Keychat

I think nostr:npub1h0uj825jgcr9lzxyp37ehasuenq070707pj63je07n8mkcsg3u0qnsrwx8 did a comparison, can’t remember

Assume everything is readable.

Obv Trump wasn’t in on it. Imagine signing up to be “grazed with a bullet.”

No sane person would take that chance.

CNN knowing about it is totally believable, but not Trump.

its an insecure app, and "they" have leverage on the CEO.

Thats a big red flag. Delete your account.

they really don't need nostr to plant evidence. I think the best defense is 1,000 nyms all by the popular names all pretending to be them. Make a farce of the attempt at censorship. Whack-a-mole theory.

search: coracle search returns no results when searching for a word I remember seeing in a note.

follow list: the best experience is mass follow everyone, then curate from there. This is not easy to do and then your follow list dumps occasionally.

login: the browser extension npub/nsec experience has been dismal. I think most people will just do the bad thing and enter their nsec into the site. this is the onboarding and expansion of nostr, the nostr login! if it catches on and websites start to see the benefit of gaining thousands of users by just incorporating a nostr login its a win for privacy and nostr ecosystem. But its not ready for prime time.

sure, but then anyone can just spin up a popular name and have them arrested. This is why it doesnt work.

- Does 19 work with 8?

- I heard 10 doesn’t have any effect, why do you suggest?

They can post on nostr under the same name and as long as Brazil can’t prove it’s actually them Nostr should fix that.

Famous Brazil account nyms should pop up and start posting.

I know I want a self hosted blossom server, but don’t know enough about what exactly it does to ask for features.

I am but a child learning privacy.

Working towards mastery.
