Make sure to tell the people in your life that you love them even if they already know.

I’m loving the magic of dentistry this morning. Just saw this sweet cheerleader who five years ago broke those 3 front teeth at cheer practice in the top of her base’s head (they were so embedded they had to numb him and use forceps to extract the pieces 🤢). I restored the teeth with bonding and she shockingly never needed root canals. Some day she will exchange out the bonding for crowns.

She shared these pics with me of her cheering at the championship game this year with that dazzling smile. Makes this dentist smile so I thought I’d share 🥰

Needs a feet pic for attention.

This! Reciprocity is the baseline. I don’t do well with demands on my time that seem mandatory for the relationship and certainly not abuse of my generosity, dental skills or prescription writing ability 😡

Yeah and to get to know you, your friendship, yada yada. I think most people understand my point.

Such a great point, but has not proven as easy for me to implement.

One of my greatest lessons in the past couple of years is that it’s really important to have people in your life who want nothing from you.

Between boyfriends, husbands, girlfriends, sister, and my kids? 30 nips
