Yay time for Mario have fun !

Ya know, I grew up with 80 degrees being just a plain hot summer day here in PA. And 90 degrees was just a really hot summer day. 🤷‍♀️. We had portable fans in the house to cool the air, not air conditioning. We looked forward to it because we called it swimming weather and as kids we loved it! Nobody panicked. It was SUMMER!

Ya all need to get outta your air conditioning artificial environment and find out what natural climate really is. 😉. You wont get fooled by climate hoaxing then. 😊

Why is a diaphragmatic breath important and one of the important aspects of yoga and meditation?

1. belly breathing, is a deep breathing exercise that engages the diaphragm, intercostal, abdominal, and pelvic floor muscles.

2. This type of breathing encourages full oxygen exchange, slows the heartbeat, and can lower or stabilize blood pressure.

3. The muscles activated in #1 above also activate the polyvagal pathway which is the nerve system that is in charge of emotional trauma. Diaphragmatic breath can release trauma and reset the vagal pathway

4. It down regulates strong emotions like fear, panic , anxiety, anger, confusion because the polyvagal pathway is involved in the expression of those emotions

5. This type of breathing puts you in charge of your mind and your emotions. And thats a powerful ability to have to navigate life.

Yes. Too much carbs goes beyond what your mitochondria were designed for . And dont forget the sun exposure issue. We have been brainwashed the sun is bad. Its not! More disease comes from being indoors , or staying covered up with clothing or sunscreen when outside. Your body craves the sun, unprotected. Its light is the most important nutrient. Paleolithic humans got a lot of ☀️.

I just thought this morning how I went decentralized with my hearing aids. I bought from an independent American Co instead of a big box store that charges a yearly membership fee . The new place cuts out the many middlemen that cause the high costs of hearing aids , got a pair for less than 500 , no yearly fee, self managed adjustments so dont have to spend weeks going back to store to gets aids adjusted, and other details but also have great support service. Great user’s manual!

This is such an important topic. You want to call some emotions bad because they make you feel bad. And when they make you feel bad its up to you to turn on the good emotions again. They are not automatic and have to be induced. I use yoga and meditation with my clients to help them learn how to navigate their emotional psyche. I love that you posted this !
