There is such a thing as being heat adapted and or cold adapted. Being exposed to your natural environment at the latitude you live conditions you either way .

Great graphic! so, from my Yogi mindset, once you start making a habit of dealing with your stress with yoga movements and breathing practices, you make a new habit when triggered by stress. I like that!
