Add a few super basic exercises every morning and get even more surprised 😉🤙

Like deadlift, squats, bench press, bend over rows and pull ups!

How about some sit-ups and push-ups to start.

Walk

...with heavy dumbbells

No I actually mean 10 min x 5 rope jumping, 30 min shadow fight, 12 rounds heavy bag punching and a small 10 km run to relax the muscles. What I usually do. Can’t be more basic than that.

A 10km run is basic now? 🤣

😂😂😂 I‘m kidding. I’m actually not a fan of jogging at all. Too harmful for the knees and efficient at all. Walking is much more effective as you said.

Hahahaha… and skydive from a cliff, halfpipe skateboard for 60 minutes and some mma fighting to start the day right🤣

Look, first you travel to Australia, fight the toughest kangaroo there and eat a scorpion. Then mess around with a bunch of drunk bikers. And finally do squads with both legs stretched forwards.

I can tell you sure know how to start the day with some basics. So who are they to tell us that its hard to stay healthy.

@mooz fitness and food tips. You should start a blog. Or should I say Blogstr?

O my gosh yes! Circadian biology. And- after you do the AM exercises as suggested above, meditate for 5 min and you will continue to be amazed at your life! 😉.

bed time by 10PM? 11PM? 12PM?

What is your recommended time (in h) to stop eating before sleep?

I sleep at 10 and I’d say 2h is the minimum.

But my point is that anything you eat after 8 is rarely healthy nor necessary

I try not to eat anything after 6 pm. Actually, I eat only between 12 and 18 pm. That feels very good (I've been doing this for 10 days now, on a trial basis).

Is there any evidence, that „timing“ alone is the factor to watch?

Is it because of „day-and-night“ rythm probably?

I also sleep ~10PM and do try not to eat after 8PM, but was just curious to learn more from you 😁

In my personal study of n=1 I found that I only ate junk after 8 🤣

This is why I think it was the single most important change for me and its easily applicable for a majority of people

Eat at 7pm, sleep at 9pm, wake up at 4:30am and run!

Start your day with a 10 mile run

Into the woods

Stop eating and see your life change.

#StarvationChain

Good luck!

🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Confirmed

What's the difference? Better sleep?

🤣

I ran a mile in the 90 degree heat the other day.

I stopped eating after 3pm this year. It’s even more incredible

Stop eating after 1pm!

Stop eating and watch your life end (in 3 months).

Most people these days think that only takes a few days

Big time.
