GM Nostr!
Start of another week...lots of work to do.
(Coffee delayed a bit today--but I'll do an iced coffee then!)
#coffeechain
Reminds me though of the Star Trek episode "A Taste of Armageddon"...
Highlighter can't display wiki pages, but should maybe offer a redirect to Wikifreedia.

Hiccups notwithstanding, this is a GREAT idea...
I can (unfortunately) envision a day when the Bible would be banned...but it can live forever on Nostr...
Try refreshing. Just broadcasted it.
Or try this link: https://wikifreedia.xyz/bible/npub1m4ny6hjqzepn4rxknuq94c2gpqzr29ufkkw7ttcxyak7v43n6vvsajc2jl
Wikifredia works...Highlighter now just giving me an "undefined" tab (and a blank page - no error message at all)
Not coming up for me Laeserin...saying "undefined" in the tab, and "Event not found" on the webpage...
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Perhaps that's not the right question...
GM Nostr!
Sundays are my favorite day, and today is going to be another day for iced coffee!
Enjoy it! (The day and the coffee!)
#coffeechain
GM Nostr!
Going to be hot today! Time for iced coffee this afternoon!
#coffeechain
Someone once told me: "Once you reach a certain point, money is just 'keeping score'"
Ultimately, money has no meaning.
It's the other things in life that give life meaning.
Don't ever lose sight of that fact.
Maybe your code is excellent, but you have an amazing talent for creative writing...
I know which button I'd press...
Right now, maybe El Salvador...
That's positively not true on Nostr!
(Pun intended) 😃 😃
That's an hysterical video!!
GM Nostr!
Friday's were made for coffee!
Hope everyone enjoys theirs!
(Friday and coffee!)
#coffeechain
Good...er...Afternoon Nostr!
Off for a couple of days running some errands...but even on those days I enjoyed a morning coffee!
Will be back in the coffeechain tomorrow!
Compound interest enslaves people - pure and simple.
If you can't afford it...save the money, then buy it.
But DON'T take out a loan, and pay interest on it...
(And don't get me started on fractional banking--which relies on interest bearing notes)
Good video!
(GrapheneOS helps with this)
Good discussion (on both sides) yet I agree with Laeserin on this one...
Investment doesn't have to be via interest...it's what we do, but it doesn't have to be that way (and there would be significant benefits to abolishing usury).
And usury (but extension) becomes taxation, and is leveraged by governments.
Complicated subject though (certainly)....
I think zaps reflect the selfishness of society, and the expectations of "influencers" (who are in it for themselves).
I've reached the stage where I zap a post I like (with reckless abandon). And (somehow) I never seem to run out of zaps to give...
Go figure...
And (frankly) it shouldn't be that way--if yo've got a bank loan, I get it (you're in debt to your lender).
But if your debt is paid, you shouldn't be a slave to the state...
"Government isn't the solutuion, government is the problem"
