There are recipes for ground meat as well---same principle (grind the meat, marinate, dehydrate). For ground meat you simply need a tray that will "hold" the ground meat as it's a bit more fragile--but once it dries it's pretty much like any other jerky.
They also make "syringes" (for lack of a better term) that you can use to squeeze out ground jerky into strips if you'd like...
It's all pretty easy to do at home--and you save a TON of money....

(To answer the question usually one in the AM...sometimes another iced coffee later in the day if it's hot out...but most of the time I'm too busy to grab that second cup).
Have you tried making your own jerky? Pretty easy really...dehydrator helps, but you can even just use your oven.
Tons of recipes online to try out...basically marinate the meat, slice it to your desired thickness, dry it and you're done...

Quick story...
I once had two devs working on my team. Both (literal) geniuses. Have never met two people so smart who worked together as one mind...but that's another story for another time...
They clearly weren't challenged, and yet wanted to do more (and had some ideas). So I gave them Fridays...they could do whatever they wanted on Fridays. Work on any project, code anything they liked, play video games--whatever--but they had to come show me "something cool" in a couple of week (my exact quote).
Best investment I ever made--without getting into the details they created a tool that was mind blowing (that solved an unsolvable problem).
For as long as I was there, Fridays remained theirs.
Dev is art, and artists can create amazing things, if just given an opportunity.
It depends on what you're trying to do...
If you'd like to dox someone on Nostr with AI, it'll be pretty simple...you won't get their nsec, but you'll be able to identify any given person.
There's enough personal information in posts to adequately dox any of us (i.e. Nostr will only be "private" until AI starts looking at the data). The more posts you've made, the easier it'll be.
If (however) you want to get a set of private keys, that's really not something AI can do (or help with). Just math (or maths for @Laeserin)
