Market manipulation, corporate monopoly and useless in a grid down situation. Fiat is the first two but cash is king in a long term grid down situations e.g. war and natural disasters. Real assets are physical, such as property, just ask the banks and shareholders. Bitcoin/crypto isn’t as private as people think, especially when they utilise their smartphones for transactions, a device that tracks everything you do and everywhere you go.

Just go on those platforms then 🤷♂️ or design an app with AI algo stuff crammed into it, I won’t use it. I’m more interested in human interaction and the counter culture. Bring more people and interest you’ll be plagued with AI bot swarms before you know it.

It’s allot better than Primal which was my introduction to to Nostr after setting myself up via a web browser. I had to download Firefox because Nostr relays didn’t like the Brave browser, even with the shields down 🤷♂️😂I am always hesitant using Safari. App wise, YakiHonne (weird name for my Australian 👅) seems to be awesome. I heard Damius has a built in store for people to sell their wares? That’s pretty cool. I may check that out later on if true.
Yeah, I’m just fiddling around with it and I’ll see if it fits me. I’m glad it does push notifications on IOS, that was a frustration with Primal for me. I’ll see how I go using YakiHonne.
yakihonne it does both messaging protocols. It’s pretty slick actually.

So interestingly I have installed Oxchat. I can see replies etc for Nostr on Oxchat but not on Primal anymore….. what’s up with that? 🤷♂️ does Nostr only ping one app? Some replies I can only see only on Oxchat and not on Primal for some reason as well. Do I need to add more relays to primal? I’m confused. I’m sorry If I haven’t replied to some people.

I’ve just deleted my Telgram account and app off my phone and Mac. Telegram was accessing my Microphone and camera while running in the background. Not cool! It served its purpose back in the day but the censorship has engulfed it. I followed a few people on there but I have since out grown them.
