I'm happy to finally release a MASSIVE v0.2.0 update of Satonomics (a better, FOSS, Bitcoin-only, self-hostable Glassnode) !

Here are the main things:

- 5000 datasets by block height (only for desktop and tablets sadly)

- A light theme (still a work in progress)

- Real Settings and various other things in the tab

- Split panes when needed so that you can finally also view the price

- The minimum and maximum values visible on every chart

Actually the data used to be crunched on the user’s machine but it was terrible UX wise (sometimes you need several datasets to compute one) and so everything moved to the server which has the advantage that now people can pull anything via the API. Really weird that your gpu went bunkers, I wonder why ! I did some optimizations in the new version though, which will be live soon, I hope it’ll be better

And yeah I definitely need to add descriptions because some datasets are kind of obscure but there is so much to do first, maybe someone will find some time to do it before I have

Important question for y'all !

It's very hard to not make the charts by height crash mobile browsers due to the chart library and I've tried a stupid amount of things for the past few days.

I've got one solution but it would make the user experience worse for everybody else and for all the charts (even the ones by date).

Would it be reasonable, at least for now, to have charts by block height only available on desktop ? (and maybe large screens in general, it seems to work fine on iPad but I'd need to double check)

My bad ! I meant by choosing any chart in the folder: Charts > By Height

I call them presets as in the future I'd love to add the possibility to make your own but I should probably just call them what they are, which is charts !

The main thing stopping me is that right now, it needs the full control of the node and stop it to parse the chain, then restart it which isn't great for a system like start9
