I've seen a lot posted today regarding the Pleroma issue. A few questions, if I may ask.

1. Does this still apply if I don't use Pleroma FE

2. Does it effect Akkoma? (I assume it does)

3. Should I worry about this on a personal (single user) instance?

I about killed myself being on a roof the last couple days. The good thing is I'm only about $250 short on rent now, the bad thing is my back and knees are toast and I don't know if I can handle another couple days climbing up there.

I think I've spoiled my dog to the point of no return. She doesn't show much interest in kibble at all now unless I top it with gizzards, liver, brown rice, blueberries and carrot. I even ordered some Taste of the Wild "Ancient Wetlands" that is made with duck, turkey & quail (she normally LOVES duck) and she ate half the bowl and then just looked and me and began grunting. 😂

I'll give it a couple days of only leaning out the new kibble to see if she comes around and if not, it's back to her normal lamb based food and topping it. It'll only cost me about $10 a month to continue making what I top with anyways and the extra organ meat is good for her either way.

Growing up we wpuld peel it and dip in sugar. Our neighbors had a bunch growing in their backyard and we would always raid it.

Is anybody working on a gtk/libadwaita nostr client yet?

I wish I was more knowledgeable and could work on this myself.

Queen Maeve is going to be OK, so I no longer need to stress about her, which makes me very happy. I am stressed about rent come the 1st as I'll be short, tho not quite as much as I thought. Still, I need a $600 miracle. Or 600 nostr buddies to each donate $1.

Another comment mentioned having to sell some of their stack to pay for dental surgery for their dog. I mixed up what I was responding to. If that's what you mean by "why sell". I've read so many horror stories admit GoFundMe closing accounts right as goals are nearing being met without giving reason why. I assume there is some alternatives but that may be what I try.
