#Today I have participated in boot Yoga🥴2 different classes. I couldn’t finish the 2nd class, her voice was annoying 🤭 but the 1st class was beneficial. I’ve been exploring different yoga classes everyday.
I’ve been keeping up with my meditation at least once a day to maintain my sanity. I practiced meditation for yrs, but fell out of practice and became lazy.

Crazy tuxedo cats will do anything! Oreo stole my sock one day and Pixie chased him down and brought it back to me. I'm still glad you're not in that cast for a month or more. 😀
I'm off work tomorrow, dentist appointment mid morning. It's clear out tonight and I wouldn't mind taking some pictures but a cat got me up at 3am so going to bed seems more prudent. These 1st world dilemmas...
