Freeing American manufacturing from the hands of the military industrial complex. I provide general CNC milling and lathe turning services to the private sector. Contact: info@devinemachine.co

Will trade for sats. No low ballers, I know what I have

Tis the season. Hits harder with that grainy VHS quality and when the tracking starts to skip #grownostr

Shooting competitions as well, even small local ones. It introduces time and pressure. I came in near dead last the first few I shot but those were when I learned the most

Tried sending you some zaps for this disgusting image but got denied

Yo nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg can I connect Alby to Primal on iOS? I saw some youtube videos buy they're a couple months old, either I'm retarded or the newer version is different. Either way I'm struggling. #asknostr

Concrete countertop I made for a small vanity in my 1/2 bathroom. Built a melamine form, pour in $5 bag of concrete, add wire mesh and some rebar when half full for strength, demold a few days later, apply sealer and install. There's way fancier and higher quality ways to do these but it was a relatively inexpensive way to test the waters. The melamine for the form was the most expensive part. #DIY #grownostr

How'd you cook the tongue? I've had one in my freezer for months now from the last side of beef I got and I'm wondering what to do with it

Just got another Mk4 direct from Coinkite and the bag easily opened below the tamper evident seal. I still have the bag from the one I bought like a year ago and there is no weak point in that area, can't tear it there even with considerable effort. Not sure if this is just a manufacturing flaw with the bag or what, anybody else seen this? Contacted coinkite but haven't heard back yet.

I made it myself and just went with a simple design. It's a 20lb rifle chambered in 6mm so it's got the recoil of a squirrel fart anyway ๐Ÿคช

Here's a pic of my current match rifle and a video of my setup from chambering/threading the barrel. It's a Lone Peak Fuzion bolt action (Remington 700 clone) chambered in 6mm Creedmoor sitting in an MPA chassis. I did the machine work on a manual lathe that's easily 20 years older than me that's still dead nuts accurate, I was born in 84'. A testament to the level of quality that we once strived for.

Looks good, did you use any filler in the seams? I tried some using some plastic wood in ones I've done that aren't quite perfect and it always seems to crack with temp change from summer to winter

Yo nostr, doing the #introductions thing. This is my intro to social media, it all seemed like a time vacuum so I avoided it altogether but the integration of Bitcoin and the v4v concept got me interested. Aside from the coin I'm into the standard things, eating steaks, freedom, spreading misinformation. I also do hobby gunsmithing and build my own custom bolt action rifles for competitive long range shooting.

I've worked in machine shops my entire adult life, primarily for the aerospace/defense industry unfortunately. It didn't bother me at first, figured supporting the military was a good enough cause but after finding Bitcoin I obviously began to see it in a different light. Fortunately, Bitcoin has given me the financial freedom to start my own machine shop and my goal is to never put my hands on another Raytheon, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed or Boeing part again. I always hear the phrase "We don't build things in America anymore", we absolutely do but the manufacturing base has been captured by the military industrial complex. The exact same part made for the private sector will easily cost 10X once government money is involved, it's no wonder most shops are fighting for those contracts while the rest of the work goes overseas and produced at shit quality.

Well, I'm at least gonna do my part to bring quality American manufacturing back to the private sector. Feel free to reach out if you or anyone you know could benefit from my services, will work for sats of course! Looking forward to interacting and growing with the nostr network. #grownostr
