Avui he provat #olas, una mena d'aproximació a l'estil Instagram, centrat en imatges i poc text, però fent una cerca banal he aterrat sobre una pila d'imatges molt qüestionables (que a més no tenen res a veure amb la cerca que havia fet, utilitzant determinat hashtag com a tapadora) que m'ha fet pensar que aquests espais de llibertat que estem construint permeten donar veu i altaveu -encara que sigui petit o limitat- al millor però també al pitjor que tenen les persones.
On hem d'ubicar els límits de la llibertat d'expressió? S'han de posar límits? Tot és vàlid, o hi ha coses on moralment i ètica podem arribar a un consens que són reprobables? Quins valors col·lectius volem que tinguin els futurs espais de sobirania?
Crec que si la tendència és a assumir un molt elevat nivell de llibertat, el qual recolzo, aquesta haurà de venir necessàriament acompanyada d'educació, responsabilitat, de consciència sobre les conseqüències de les nostres accions i decisions i dels valors que volem que suportin tota construcció social col·lectiva. La veritat és que m'ha impactat força trobar-me amb aquest contingut i per un moment he pensat en la penosa vida emocional que han de viure els moderadors de continguts a xarxes on han de fer neteja de tota mena d'aberracions (vídeos i fotos de decapitacions, mutilacions, violacions, etc) que des del punt de vista humà crec que no haurien de tenir cabuda en una societat sana.

Hi Pablo, I downloaded #olas to give a try and after making a common topic search I've seen a lot of questionable content, clearly obscene and reportable (I was searching "garden", expecting to find plants, gardens, flowers but I got something slightly different...), but I don't find the option to report this users or publications, or merely to block them from the search page. If I access to one of this posts from there I can't click on the username or find the options regarding this publication or user. When accessing through the "for you" space you can block users or add favorites, etc, but not from the search. I hope you are now at least aware of this, I don't know how to help to keep #nostr communities free from this kind of abusive content, that's why I'm contacting you, my apologies if this is not the proper way.

No sóc usuari de USDT, però no acabo de veure quin incentiu real té, si al cap i a la fi depens d'un moneder hackejable (no sé sobre quina xarxa es mouen, ETH?), les teves monedes USDT poden ser congelades o confiscades, etc. Pregunto seriosament, quin avantatge té utilitzar això en comptes d'USD directament?
Existiendo otras alternativas más privadas y soberanas es razonable estudiarlas y quedarte con lo que más te convenga. Desde luego, si se trata de privacidad y descentralización, hodlhodl no está arriba en la tabla...

Opino el mateix, amb l'agravant que Hodlhodl és una plataforma centralitzada, un web que té totes les dades dels usuaris a una base de dades que pot ser confiscada fàcilment pel govern de torn si comença a fer nosa.
Si voleu ser sobirans i anar desapareixent de molts radars utilitzeu plataformes descentralitzades com ara Robosats o el protocol de Bisq, que van molt bé.
I per descomptat, la millor opció sempre serà F2F en cash mentre us preneu unes begudes esperant les pertinents confirmacions a la cadena de blocs i establiu vincles generant xarxes de confiança a qualsevol meetup o trobada presencial💪

Doncs avui he estat pensant en com és que la gent, malgrat ser conscient que les grans corporacions treballen sense descans per guanyar la nostra atenció i temps, segueix fent-los el joc i regalant això que és, bàsicament, el més valuós que tenim: el nostre temps.
Com és que, sabent que l'algoritme treballa per treure'ns a nosaltres el màxim possible de suc, convertint-nos en addictes i dependents de la dopamina que s'allibera mentre fem scroll per la pantalla, seguim utilitzant-les i perdent el temps allà.
És precisament aquesta dopamina la que ens empeny a perdre el temps d'aquesta forma, potser? No volem admetre que som petits -o no tant- ionquis de les xarxes?
Cert és que el factor comunitat és molt fort a les xarxes predominants, i aquí encara està, com qui diu, a les beceroles, més tenint en compte altres propostes anteriors com Mastodon o ara la parida de Blueski, que em sembla al·lucionant que la gent caigui en aquest parany (sortir del foc per anar a petar a les brases), però realment vull pensar que, a mesura que es vegi evidenciant cada vegada més la fallida dels sistemes centralitzats serà una obvietat que això tingui èxit i sentit, fins el "boom" final :)

No los he usado nunca, pero salvo que tengas un nodo actualizado (cosa que, si no tienes Internet sería difícil), deberías de confiar en que el saldo que aparece en el Opendime es efectivamente el que todavía está disponible, obligándote a confiar en el portador. Quizá es un riesgo asumible, considerando una situación más bien extrema como la que describes, pero seguro que hay soluciones mejores 😊
