I also tried to setup a friends iPad the other day, in particular an AppleID. In the end gave his real details. Even then, at account setup, it kept saying 'something went wrong'. Best to vote with your feet and leave Apple for GrapheneOS. No affiliation.
So, I really want to buy and sell stuff, like furniture, old bikes and IT gear. EBay is a shitcoin, and Paypal, well, worse. Is there eBay like platform yet that uses Nostr forcommunication and bitcoin for payment?

Yeah. Enjoyed them at first but we had some power problems here and the Pi's did not always recover. Running various mini computers like the Purism mini and for the firewall using a Protecli box makes things stable and fast. So much better. Planning on giving a bunch of Pi's to others just starting out.

My Node, Start9 on Purism Mini, Samurai Dojo on a dedicated Thinkpad and starting to try Nix. MyNode and Start9 brilliant so far. Migrating from using Pi's to actual computers from good sources like purism, Sys76, starlabs and trying running Coreboot orsimilair rather than stock firmware. Taken ages to learn but getting better thanks to these great suppliers and coders.
So true and great news. Actually fun to make old machines work.
