Topic/forums/messageboards kind of solves this. Containment of BTC tourettes in bitcoin-topic forums. Make a thread or reply in eg a parenting forum that is 'btfd' or 'stack sats' and you don't get engagement, perhaps blocked, perhaps moderated away (no idea what's possible/likely).
