I'm now in German speaking Graubünden. Though I used to live in Genève.
It's unfortunate that they started doing that with children. There's so much room and capacity for development and growth in kids that it's the right time for them to process the raw truth instead of sugarcoating it. It's quite sad.
It's all a matter of perspective but not everyone is going to make it precisely because we are all different. Despite wanting to uplift people, the reality is that not everyone is meant for success or prosperity. Most people are just used to the pep talk positive bullshit when the truth is really what they need to accept.
I was in the automotive industry before retirement and it's still my business. I don't ever go around complaining about being in the business of a male dominated industry.
I did it. I made it. Was it difficult? Sure but what business is easy? The truth is people appreciate and value those who work hard, conduct business with honesty, integrity and more importantly, excellent quality of product and service regardless of what gender the owner is.

It happens to the best of us. The older I got, the easier it got for me to let it go. They're having a shit day, I'm not. They don't get to dictate how I spend my time and energy on petty things with a stranger.
Oh ya. I've had the same experience in Los Angeles. But moreso in Miami though.
In Florida, idk, are people just impatient or what? The light has just turned green. I know because I was also looking at it and the car behind me honked like it turned green ten minutes ago.
Now most people on social are angry about something they’re told to be angry about or just have a permanent stick up their arse.
I think the people who don’t take the internet seriously are the ones who were around when we were using BitchX to chat on IRC.

It's none of my business how Floridians live or their politics. Plus I think a lot of that is your left leaning media telling you who and what to hate. They would blantantly lie or mislead you so you'll hate the other side.

Yup. Makes complete sense. I was thinking in a sense of how their demands for verification will be handled by a decentralised community. They will always opt for an easy way because I highly doubt they know how use their own domain by way of NIP-05 unless they pay someone to do it.
