Good morning, friends. Today will be busy as it’s the first day back for teachers.
- coffee and emails and planning
- functional strength training workout
- staff meeting
- department meeting
- new student orientation
- high school open house
- my son’s first flag football practice
- my son’s open house
Might be an extra cup of coffee type of day. #coffeechain
Disagree.
Don’t be a dick.
At some point every person who knows about bitcoin didn’t know about bitcoin and any bitcoiner being a dick to them would’ve only delayed them learning about it.
Bitcoin doesn’t need the people who are wrong about it, but those people need bitcoin. There’s no need to delay it even longer for them. #bitcoin nostr:note16vv8hw9urrfyss4smcrskj4qsytrt5gapqr4yxeludnm5ej27twqkhfe37

“Don’t trust, verify” is a good mindset and we shouldn’t only apply it to certain things. It’s needs to be applied to stuff that fits into our worldview as well. #maui #mauifires nostr:note1k9q0swxut7q2cdm5z9jjy04j6f678244yxdtnwudfpv5c55hnycshzep3f
I found some videos on Twitter. A lot of “something isn’t right” videos of people talking. Here’s another perspective.

Links to any that you’ve come across recently?
Is there any evidence for this beyond just a text post allegedly from someone on the island? People in the comments are suggesting this was intentiona… Big claims require substantial evidence. #maui nostr:note1q3rxkt8dpkxk5le8rynhpuehfpt6f85m7e8enggnh9wvzmhrp3gskh58vl

If you’ve not listened to Leon Bridges then you’re missing out. #tunestr #grownostr nostr:note1kcq07vkrsslvpc2q5rxp8ty76v2yqc76f87pl6aus83cpa8pm76sm2sq22

Good morning!
The lesson planning continues this morning. Back to school meetings and open house tomorrow!
Nice. What kind of spider is that?
Oh man that looks good.
Tried to run slow and steady and keep my heart rate under 150, which was around 9:30 pace. It was oddly more difficult than the four milers I ran last week around 8:30 pace. #runstr #grownostr
Good morning!
The school year is fast approaching so I'm spending the morning preparing for it. I'm drinking black coffee while I work. #coffeechain
Here's a quote from Epictetus to start off your day:
“You are not your body and hair-style, but your capacity for choosing well. If your choices are beautiful, so too will you be.” #stoicism #wisdom
Thin cut pork chops on the blackstone with sautéed broccoli and green beans.
This is oddly beautiful. #foodstr nostr:note1mrgygzy7fx08wxvc64r4pwyfhge2wkhwvzk4p4jrf5w6wnpl55jsxm08ck
nostr:npub1n6g4js374378t90rrh4jyeqaqf537ce0qygu79u4r5mgf7qn8hkqk3watk I've had one for years and love it. I haven't done the price analysis but IIRC the cost per ounce is like half of the cost of seltzer at the store if you use their official CO2 cartridges. It'd be like an order of magnitude lower or less if you use industrial sized/grade canisters but you'll have to MacGyver it. I like it for more than the cost too: essentially zero waste stream and I can make it very carbonated. Words of advice though is to buy some extra bottles and keep them in the fridge. The carbonation process *really* wants very cold water. For me it is too flat when I do it just from the tap.
Ok, that makes sense. Thanks for the advice. Do you macgyver the big bottles onto it?
Do you do different flavors or just carbonate?
Which model do you have?
