I’ve thought for a while that it was only a matter of time before we found these drugs had previously unknown side effects. Sometimes it takes time to pick up signals. These things in the article may or may not turn out to be linked, but we are complex systems and there is no free lunch, only trade offs.

Last year I set out to do 10,000 pull-ups and chin-ups (combined). By doing some each day (I only missed three days throughout the year) and working them into workouts I was able to do 10,448. It was fun to accomplish a long term goal like that!
