I like to imagine you're making cute comical Carla facial expression in your discomfort.

Yes, yes, they're aware.
Perhaps the functionality rollout is in batches.
Took them long enough to support it, but finally I'm free of generating invoices to get sats from platform normies. I hope they don't wait eons before they start supporting Bolt 12 as well.
Yea I'm wondering about this, if it's recognizing and sending to LN addresses outside of Cash App ecosystem.
I saw someone on dedbird saying the successfully sent nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m some sats so I just tried sending to my own cashtag and it worked
Does it work the other way around as well?
Can I share my LN address w/ cash app users and have them send me sats through my LN address outside of Cash App ecosystem?
That would save me a lot of invoice generating...
Not to mention under the adoption façade, these platforms are mostly interested in having the crypto rotate only within the platform and not leave it so they can profit off of it at every turn. In case you're moving it out of the platform a lot, they can and do shut you down w/o giving any reason. I have heard countless times they banning people w/o giving any reason right after they started using crypto sections. They couldn't give a fuck about crypto, they only want to profit off of it. They should be avoided as much as possible.
P2P electronic cash is the way, not these retarded platforms...

Cash app is poison. Me myself and so many others got banned after using Bitcoin function. Fuck Cash App. Let us stick to whitepaper and "Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash" system, there's no salvation w/ the middleman.
I've been playing with some very expensive/accurate (down to single-ns-level) GPS receivers lately.
But I wanted to see how a cheap ($10) USB receiver would fare... and it's easy enough to just connect to it from my Mac! Blog post with the details: https://www.jeffgeerling.com/blog/2025/trying-out-cheap-usb-vk-172-gps-dongle-on-mac

If you need location tracking accuracy beyond GPS, have you tried Real-time kinematic positioning solutions?
