1 minute each side up close. Then drop down to finish. Mine was about 3 minutes more lower for medium. Dorothys was about 5 more for medium well.
Fired up our new salamander broiler grill from Schwank Grills tonight. This was a gift from the TSPC community and it is just amazing. Went with surf and turf (ribeyes and shrimp) for the first cook. It was amazing and my belly is sooooo happy. #keto #carnivore

I was gifted an amazing new Salamander Broiler by members of the TSPC community at the 15 year anniversary party. It is going to be on like Donkey Kong tonight, dry brine initiated, now into the chill chest for a few hours then surf and turf. 1500 degrees of power.
My favorite finishing salt is that stuff in the smoked variety.

Preppers as a group are highly opposed to what they call crypto and explaining there is crypto and there is bitcoin is no help to that. They really seem to hate AI too. It is bizarre as redundancy and efficiency should be what every prepper strives for. They love Permaculture but can't see how BTC/LN fits perfect in the LETS system, etc.
Also as I have been promoting BTC heavily since 2013 there is a ton of resentment that they said no so many times for so long at so much expense. Changing your opinion when you are on record with it for years is hard for people to do.

Within 48 hours of publishing we receive anywhere between 150-265K file requests for the audio so it is all over. BTC/Tech shows have the lowest hit rate and solo shows about business, doom, etc. have the highest. Everything else hits somewhere in the middle. Call it an avg of 180-200K per episode.
And alas I am happily married so those chicas are out of luck.
This is truly one of the most underrated things anyone has done with the internet.
