If you have Gmail it is shockingly easy to forward your emails to Proton (ideally to an alias) and have Gmail delete its copy.

I don’t find either to be clearly superior or inferior. They both have slightly different trade offs and bells and whistles.

Yes. I was having issues with previous firmware where the speed would yo-yo between like 50mh/s and 400gh/s, but with 2.1.8 it has stabilized in the mid 400s. Huge improvement.

You can pool mine, the payout would just be so low even if it’s Ocean or Braiins who support lightning it would take forever to even get a few sats. If it’s a pool with only on chain payments you’ll never qualify for a payment. So because of that it probably makes most sense to solo mine or point at Ocean as Braiins is one of the Antpool shill proxy pools.
I know I’ll never win a block solo mining with a Bitaxe, but it’s a very fun learning experience.
