If I don't grow any vegetables this year, I can grow knowledge for next year.
I noticed some squash, zucchini and pepper plants knock over in my garden this afternoon. It rained pretty hard, plus there were two ducks and a pond turtle running around in the garden. The roots seems very shallow. Any ideas?

The tomato plants are already very tall. They don't seem to have as many flowers as I would expect for plants this tall. Thinking about fertilizing with Dr. Earth 4-6-3.

As much as I like this message, as a man I think we were raised and expected to get out there, do what you have to do to provide for your family, take care of things that no one else wants to and do it without fanfare. And I think there is some beauty in that.
I finally took the time to get nostr up and going on my phone. So this is a test post. I had been using nostr exclusively from my laptop--once in the morning and briefly in the evening. Now i can take nostr with me everywhere.

I pulled this Lamb's Ear up from the side of the road while out driving yesterday. I had never seen one before and it caught my eye. Its leaves are so soft...it is appropriately named! I transplanted it into one of my gardens in hopes of propagating more of this cool plant in the future. Does anyone else know more about this plant?
