You're gonna struggle to do a large amount of sats in a short space of time for two reasons:
1. Lower liquidity (though this is completely dynamic due to the P2P nature)
2. Banking system constraints. If you start getting large frequent payments from randomers, your bank is gonna start asking questions.

I get it, I want the same thing, but ‘don’t spend unless you can spend bitcoin natively, otherwise hodl’ is not an option for most.

There's no CD here. You don't get to tell people how to use or interact with Bitcoin.
Your utopia sounds wonderful. It's a world I want to live in and help prosper, but until then, myself and the other people that live in the real world will continue to use and promote useful tools that help us use our Bitcoin to improve our lives and those of our families.
