More of a scroller, youâd say. I see you comment pretty often though Drea. You engage well.
Couldnât agree more. I think the introvert has been played out to the point where itâs more of a cop out these days.
Yw.
Keep looking. Opportunity awaits
Dang. As long as youâre grinding bro. Youâll find your niche. Take opportunities as they come, experience in general is underrated.
Great analogy. You can still just use tools to be productive and create value to others
Live to Work or Work to Live?
Society has fed us the lie that work is just a grind for money, status, and stuff.
Most people live to work, chasing materialism and approval, and they end up empty, burned out, depressed.
Work isnât just a paycheck. When we work to live, using our effort to create value, help others, and fulfill our purpose, we still face struggle, but itâs destruction by JOY, not despair.
Weâve been sold a culture that confuses survival with fulfillment. True meaning comes when work serves life, not the other way around.
This is it.
Oh this is me 1000%. Iâm merely getting thoughts and opinions out into the open.
Chasing approval makes you careful when you should be curious. Spaces like Bitcoin and Nostr donât bend to approval or authority.
You canât fake proof of work, and you canât fake honesty either. Both demand time, effort, and exposure. Iâd rather be corrected a hundred times than admired for pretending. Appearance fades. Proof and truth endure.
Honest perspective. People who actually think and arenât afraid to say what they see. Laughter is good medicine here as well.
Less âlook at meâ content. More âletâs figure this out togetherâ content.
What pulls you in?
For those who keep wondering, Iâm gonna put this plain and simple for you. And whoever wants to add to this may.
Youâre invisible because youâre silent.
Your notes hit the relays. They exist. But youâre posting like youâre journaling, then wondering why nobodyâs connecting with you.
There is no algorithm hiding you. Youâre hiding yourself.
Human behavior hasnât changed. People respond to people who engage. You want to be seen? Be social. Actual social, not âpost and disappearâ social.
Stop dropping đ¤ emojis like youâre collecting stamps. Thatâs not conversation. Thatâs performative participation.
Start real conversations. Reply to bigger accounts. Reply to smaller ones. Ask questions. Challenge ideas. Share your actual perspective. Make people feel like youâre there.
Your reply to post ratio reveals everything. If youâre posting more than youâre replying, youâre broadcasting, not building community.
The beauty of your world? Nobody sees it because you wonât show them. You wonât engage enough to let people in.
Nostr doesnât owe you an audience. You build one through repeated, genuine interaction. One conversation at a time.
Stop wondering why itâs not working. Start doing the work thatâs always worked: talking to people.
Now go start working. Or donât, but donât blame anyone else.
Have not. What that?
That rest in important for what you are about to endure the next 6 days. đŻ
Exactly. My mindset shifted immediately because of what it has done to me.
Weâre looking at a lot options. That is a great suggestion though. I will bring this to the missâ.
