This is spot on. Appalling that more people don’t think about this, and a few other irrefutable facts surrounding that event.
I think the Balsamic vinegar is preferable, but I also make apple cider vinegar and use that with good results. You want to make sure the pH of any vinegar you use is below 4.0, 4.6 is the botulinum threshold, but I think a buffer is a good idea.
I’ll check it out. There are som boxes it has to check for general use in my case.
Generally for a VPN? I like azirevpn somewhat? They accept Monero which I see as a plus.
What’s better in your opinion?
Having some Persian heritage, do you age garlic cloves in vinegar? If so, what is your process?
If you have any questions at all please reach out. Thank you for the compliment.
I’m going to try the honey process. Exciting!
Have you tried garlic in vinegar aged for ten years or more? Learned this from an Iranian. The vinegar and the garlic are amazing even after a year.
The way I think about this is that the circumstances people are in usually stem from a legacy of decision making that has led them to their current conclusions. It’s nearly impossible to alter people’s decision making protocol in my experience. I could give an indigent person a million and within ten years most would be flat broke again. I’m looking for the person making solid decisions, but who has just either not gotten the momentum to beat the income to expense curve or had had an unfortunate event or two that are critical to their success. Second, sometimes a person I might see as living a suboptimal lifestyle is perfectly at home with the way they are living. I’m sure some billionaires would perceive my lifestyle as nothing but bad decisions and trash, and perhaps offer help, for my part I’d reject their criticism and their help. I’m happy with my path, and so are many people I may see as needing help so it’s always good to ask and get acceptance when you see an opportunity to help.
That all sounds like the reasons we homeschooled our children except for the God part. We left that entirely up to them. It’s likely they’ll follow in your footsteps, but indoctrination on any front is abuse of a indiscriminating mind IMO.
A short story, when I was 25 I worked on a ranch. The work was hard and strenuous. I was 40 pounds heavier than I am now, all muscle and I didn’t look like that photo at all. Frankly I could twist any gym monkey or steroid boy into a pretzel. I’m old now, and I still have a grip that can break bones in your hand and arms that can wrestle and win against anyone I know. I don’t work out at all, and never have intentionally toned up. I’ve never had problems attracting or satisfying women, and I don’t have testicles the size of peas. There are no short cuts to real strength, and real men know a pump and fluff guy when we see one, so why? Hang out with your friends and jack each other’s egos with unjustified compliments?
Some people are, not this person. Homestead raised beef, pork, chicken, eggs, goat milk, cream, cheese and veggies here. If I need a chemistry text to decipher what it is, it isn’t going in this body.
It used to be white because it was made with cream. Then big corporate production requires profit margins, so it isn’t food anymore.
Interesting fact about Hidden Valley Ranch. When first formulated it was clear with black pebbles of pepper. They add titanium dioxide to make it white. I only know this because I knew the field food chemist who led the product development.
It’s not nutrients as much as fat. Without saturated fat inspired leptin there is no satiety.
I think I’d like that if he ketchup was the stuff with no added sugar.
