for walks I recommend literally anything that feels comfortable.

it’s not high impact so the limiting factor is more muscular and tissue-based for the load bearing areas, working up stamina with consistency matters more than foot gear.

running (even a jog) is a totally different story tho so lmk if it really is just walking
