2 lb ground beef

2 eggs

Salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, red chili flakes

Mixed lightly. Cooked till lightly browned.

3 lb yellow potatoes

2 sticks of butter

8 oz sour cream

1/4 cup raw milk

Salt, oregano

Boiled, peeled, mixed over heat until smooth

Cheddar, provolone, and some other random cheese I had. Grated on top.

Layered, baked at 350 for 30 minutes, covered. 10 min uncovered.

I know what’s for dinner tomorrow 😉

Uploaded my cover tune tonight. It’s a slow rock version of a song written by Noah Cyrus and PJ Harding, “I Got So High That I Saw Jesus.” I dig the song cuz it’s about the environment, weird times, spirituality, drugs, alcohol, AI, technology and that hopefully things will turn out ok. And it’s a very well written song that flows nicely. Used my Danelectro 59 hard panned one side, and the Gretsch 5422 on the other. Pedals used were Angry Orange, BigSky and Mooer Delay. I ran both guitars through a little Yamaha THR5. Bass is an old MIM Fender p-bass. Drum track I assembled in MT PowerDrum plug-in. We want billions of people to have 10 USD (equivalent) - this can only happen if money is more evenly distributed - from the banks and major institutions to the plebs (billions of them)
