This is an idealogical war. Toxic maximalism is the valorous side. We will win.
Blame @allen. Tbh I love my cast iron, and if I have the time to give it the needed TLC I’ll use it. I’m obsessive about the drying/storage of it. My current system dominates in terms of time efficiency tho
I don’t soak shit. First of all I do a clean scramble/omelette, which slides easily onto my plate. Minimal residual flecks of cooked eggs remain. These are easily rinsed off. The pan goes on the drying rack and is as clean as anything coming out of the dishwasher.
Hmmm, followed for a sound argument, but GFY bc we’re fighting.
Know what I clean the nonstick with? Water. As long as it’s just butter and eggs, I don’t even have to wipe it. Hard not to love that
Nothing but NOTHING beats walking my boys to preschool, knowing that the value of the time I’m committing to their future can NEVER be debased. How can I not feel gratitude?
I’ve really been enjoying my nonstick pan for eggs recently, haven’t used cast iron in a few weeks
screaming crying throwing up listening to this. it’s a beautiful song and you should listen to it regardless. but dammit if you know, you know. https://tidal.com/track/95694692
New music has to be one of the most fun parts of my nostr feed. Never heard this before, thanks
Ok, I have that. But I don’t see the lightning button on posts. Am I doing something wrong?
How to set up zaps?
