Tying Bitcoin’s security to real world energy expenditure is what makes it robust and decentralized. PoS is an inherently insecure and fragile system. Governments can co-opt or shut down PoS chains quite easily. Not to mention they run on perverse incentives where the largest holders get to determine what transactions are valid and reward themselves with more coins. PoS or likely works well for scaling layers but base layer needs to be preserved as PoW.

I am fairly new at it, maybe a year and a half, but it is pretty easy to learn if you play guitar. My daughter wanted a ukulele so I figured I would learn to play so I could teach her properly.
I can play guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, piano, a bit of drums (enough to keep a beat).
Anyone know why the Warriors like wearing those black and yellow jerseys so much? Personally, I would prefer if teams didn’t wear alternate jerseys in the playoffs.
Pulling for the Buccos, other than this coming weekend when they play the Blue Jays. In my opinion, PNC is the nicest stadium in MLB. Was thinking about heading to Pitt to watch one of the games but my wife is working Friday and Saturday so have to watch the kiddos. Maybe next season.
