It appears that the entirety of Reddit is running Kamala firmware. Their love of socialism and wokeism seems to permeate even the most innocuous of conversational topics. Can barely stand to browse there any more. I worry that most won’t make that mental firmware upgrade to merit -based advancement, personal responsibility, etc.

Exactly. Bring in the heavy hitters. We want the Wilford Brimleys, Hulk Hogans, and Henry Winklers of the Bitcoin community in here, not the Kathy Griffins. Only the best!

Might be a controversial take but Freedom of speech is useless in a population that has been subjected to years of psyops, forming LAYERS upon layers of cognitive distortions, critical thinking helplessness, ideological conditioning and manufactured false realities of opinions

Even when exposed to the truth, no matter their IQ the sheer depth of past psychological warfare renders them incapable of processing information or making informed decisions.

If I could fund or back one thing immediately it’d be non lucrative global effort whether private or governmental to de-traumatize the population and restore independent thinking. Without this, politicians, corporations, and tech companies will continue exploiting the mass previous psychological damage, amplifying it exponentially. And compounding control

If left unchecked, critical thinking will erode entirely, and decision-making will be fully OUTSOURCED to whichever party , corporation , technology that has successfully captured the population’s cognitive framework. Or the Highest Bidder

The end result : Nothing more than human bots, parroting their overlords’ opinions proudly calling it “freedom of speech.” But it’s nothing but multiple hive mind of scripted pre-assigned discourse

We shouldn’t base the future of individual sovereignty on the hopes of “Good guys” taking over the discourse , that would just perpetuate the problem , instead we should fortify every single individual against cognitive hijacking making them immune and ensuring they can think independently and reclaim autonomy

Excellent post.

Hey man, just want to thank you for reposting DJT's stuff. I never had a Twitter account (and never will) so it's cool to have an easy way to view his content.

You're not the source of ALL my life's problems, although I do suspect you're at least partially to blame for my uncle's mild case of diabetes. The doctors can't seem to identify the cause.

Another interesting stat would be the odds of mining a block with a modern laptop computer.

Dang, the dude's uglier than the Mona Lisa. They should meet. If he's a stacker, he's good people though.

Another head-scratcher is young folks at the gym. They'll sit on a machine for twenty minutes, preventing anyone else from using it, while mindlessly scrolling on their phones. I see it every day. So glad I chose not to breed. It's like that entire generation has been lobotomized. They've lost all motivation to move or act or date or do anything whatsoever other than stare mindlessly at their phones. They're like zombies. Their brains appear to be irreparably fried.

I have a slightly different take on ETH. As a Bitcoin maximalist, ETH's use cases are of absolutely no value to me. All use cases, that is, except one: It acts as a magnet for scams and other worthless projects, keeping them out of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

One of the Bitcoin (core) dev's biggest blunders in my opinion was allowing that ridiculous ETH-like ordinals "feature," which allowed scammers to embed monkey pictures and other garbage on-chain. Fees spiked to 500 sats/vbyte, essentially crowding out all legitimate use.

The problem was temporary, but it never should've happened at all. Monkey pictures should be ETH's wheelhouse exclusively. ETH's role, though perhaps unintended, is to siphon off all this toxic waste and keep it away from Bitcoin. ETH therefore does have a purpose, and I think it's an important one, despite the fact that I'll never own any of that garbage.

I vaguely recall that book being on Neo's bookshelf in "The Matrix," and I figured the writers just put it there as forshadowing, seeing as how Neo was living in a simulation. Didn't realize it was an actual book. Now I know.

**Prediction:** A quarter of the current altcoin market cap ($250 billion) held by altcoin investors will rotate into Bitcoin over the next 24 months.

This capital largely represents retail investors who initially sought quick price pumps but are now realizing those gains are unlikely to materialize.

When Ethereum falters, the rest of the altcoin market's narrative falters with it. I predict that this exodus will begin in early March, marking the start of a significant shift in market dynamics.

February is traditionally the strongest month for altcoin price appreciation, coinciding with Bitcoin's halving cycles and creating a predictable pattern of performance. And yes, this is where we're at with the depth of analysis with altcoin holders. However, this February will likely be the last gasp for the "alt season" narrative. With only 18 days left in the month, altcoin holders are running out of time to get into season.

The assumptions underpinning altcoin investments have proven incorrect and are becoming increasingly untenable. Based on my conversations with Ethereum (ETH) holders—who I believe represent a majority of ETH investors—their initial assumptions were as follows:

1. Diversification outside of Bitcoin makes sense.

2. Ethereum is "the next Bitcoin."

3. Ethereum is decentralized.

4. Ethereum is the backbone of Web3 with higher potential than Bitcoin.

5. Proof-of-stake is superior to proof-of-work.

6. "Alt season" is imminent.

These assumptions were flawed from the outset, but now they have become both exhausting and embarrassing for many investors to maintain—and they know it.

The proliferation of frivolous projects like Jailcoin, Trumpcoin, and Lucrecoin has made the crypto space seem even more absurd while diluting potential capital that might have otherwise flowed into Ethereum had it been a sound project.

To date, Ethereum's most "successful" projects include Uniswap, MakerDAO, Polygon, Chainlink, and Arbitrum. While these projects are often cited as examples of Ethereum's utility, they fail to justify its long-term value proposition. Take Uniswap as an example: it allows users to swap tokens easily via liquidity pools, eliminating the need for traditional order books.

> "Uniswap revolutionized crypto trading by introducing automated liquidity pools, allowing users to trade directly from their wallets without intermediaries."

However, liquidity remains a critical issue. The altcoin industry relies heavily on speculative price pumps to attract new capital, but with retail investors exiting and chasing the next gimmick coin (e.g., Trumpcoin or Jailcoin), Ethereum struggles to sustain meaningful liquidity or new investment.

While some ETFs may allocate funds to Ethereum, it's increasingly clear that retail capital in the alt market is driven by pump-and-dump excitement rather than Ethereum's original promises.

Long-term ETH holders were primarily hoping for Bitcoin-like returns but have been disillusioned by ETH/BTC price charts consistently underperforming.

This month marks the end of the "alt season" narrative as Bitcoin gains a new wave of advocates—disgruntled former altcoin investors who feel misled by false promises.

Great write-up, my man.

I'm not sure. I always spend Super Bowl in a movie. Seeing the movie "Companion" in a few minutes. :)

I'd be totally in favor of open borders if, in as part of the deal, we also get rid of all forms of welfare. I feel like if we did, the "border crisis" would just solve itself.
