Looking forward for this one

- Accessible Bitcoin #privacy book coming out in Jan 2024

- I wouldn't call myself a right wing; rather just anticommunist; pretty libertarian, although I somehow respect the state borders.

- I think Israel is by now very clearly committing the genocide.

Still, resolutions are very fiat. Same as the constitution. If it's not actively and credibly defended and enforced, it's not worth much.

AI is a no match for the real world. Enjoy it fully.

Seems like it was "allowed" before as well. You just had to not ask.

That's because the apriori motives behind many of its branches was to ad hoc favorably explain the the tradeoffs of the government interventions.

It's pretty simple when your motive is actually pure learning with no biased orders.

Democracy doesn't make sense here. It's a contract. If I hire someone to cook a meal for me, I'm still the one deciding what meal I want from their menu.

It cuts both ways. It's good when people are aware of all.

Portraying employers as exploiters is usually either pretty dumb or disingenuous. There's voluntary contracts and (some level of) competition. Which implies no exploitation.

"Without cutting pay" - maybe true, but would the suddenly unavailable counterfactual eventually offer 20% higher pay?

This might work for many; especially if we would be on sound money. But it's not as clear as it's being presented that this is a better deal with no tradeoffs. Tradeoffs always exist, albeit sometimes unseen.

Should be a decentralized nym entity.

Tony Hawk apparently has been into Bitcoin for a long time, but I've never heard from him on the topic afaik.

Getting him a little nostr-lightning tour would be cool. Or even better, a casual Bitcoin Beach hangout, and chat with the guys there.

Lot of Elon boot licking there for restoring right to Twitter speech to some people.

It does feel better than this globo boogie man - https://nitter.net/BitcoinNewsCom/status/1733679967035118076

I keep being open that it's just a trap. The boogie man was just too perfect of a villain. But I'll take people rallying the streets for freedom and "pro humanism" over the overtly communist government overlords.

Damn, unorthodox grip 👀

How's the hyrox overall? Let's say relatively to crossfit?

I've heard about in a podcast, and it sounds like just a more accessible/emerging variant of it.
