1. Because we (the people) didn't ask for it
2. We don't want to pay for something we didn't ask for.
3. It's expensive
4. It adds unnecessary control, surveillance and friction to most users (all responsible grown-ups), while doing very little to actually prevent crime amd harm.
5. Bad people who have the incentive can always bypass controls.
6. Parents should be, and are responsible for teaching kids and controlling their , not the school, not the society and most definitely not the government. If they need help there can be programs offering help but "help" and "protection" should never be forced to responsible grown-ups.
Think about this from the physical perspective. Some (even Satosi) have said that bitcoin is a bit like digital gold.
Freezing quantum vulnerable coins basically means that, if you do the hard work and find a long time ago lost gold treasure, and then you don't get to keep it and it will be destroyed. That's quite insane.
We should use effort to develop more quantum safety measures and teach people how to use them, but freezing other people's coins just to "protect' them is not the way to go imo.
Beautiful night with friends. Happy solstice.

That toaster is on fire!
They would also need to remove that "cheese alternative" and call it something else.
Who wants something alternative? Maybe those who are into altcoins 🤔

Imagine a future where lost, vulnerable coins are a $50T honeypot. Is that the prize we want to offer for the first Quantum Computer out of our collective pockets?
Bitcoiners shouldn't be the ones sponsoring the quantum frenzy.
We aren't freezing funds to "save" them like we would for Saylor vs. The State. We are freezing them because lost coins must remain lost. Loss is deflationary - quantum "mining" lost coins is inflationary.
With years of notice, the deal is simple: Move your coins to quantum-safe addresses, or thank you for your donation to the deflationary supply.
If you compare it to gold. Somebody might lose their huge stash and someone else could find it later, should we destroy (freeze) the gold?
There's ~21M coins, finding a lost coin is not inflationary in that sense.
I'm pretty sure there's at least one bitcoiner involved 😂
Why your salad looks more like a soup?
You're right, but should we start worrying only if the climate related deaths starts to rise again? For now we've been so good that they've been plummeting for a long time and still plummeting, so there's should be no reason for climate panic, right? 🤔
Yeah, but where's the danger comes from if we're all way better of than before when we didn't think there was any danger?
People try to tell me that there's some sort of urgent danger and we need to start war on climate change. I don't see any danger, I see only success and if thinkin about war, stats says we're already leading like 50 - 0 🤔
#ClimateChange is real for sure since climate have always been changing, but if it is somehow more dangerous than before, then how do you explain that climate related deaths have plummeted 98% in last 100 years? 🤔

gm!
It's never too late start stacking.
Interesting though 🤔
What we know for sure:
- They died much younger
- They had much less information available
- They had way less interactions with peoole other than lived in their close proxymity
- They had less options at literally everything
Some people says that knowledge always comes hand in hand with pain. Pain is surely a thing which makes people have less fun, so even though all of those points sounds gererally negative, your words might be correctious.

I know this day will be awesome, I hope you feel it as well!

It's already here

No if they don't understand the code
Just like nobody needs a microprocessors, cars or Internet!
Big in first time, then setup DCA and forget it running for at least 4 years. Rinse and repeat.
You're not responding to my dm's
Yes, if I could do it with dm's
Where I can see or experience your work?
You can get rid of that one just by adding randomuser.me to your muted words, since all of those use that same as their profile image source.
If we don't "mess" with the code, it'll eventually stop working. How is that better idea than to continue maintaining and to improve the efficiency of the code? 🤔
Also if somebody finds a way to increase privacy while making transactions smaller, why is it better to not explore and "mess" with it? 🤔
