Are you running your own node? I can help you set up btcpay server (you will need your own hardware and domain though). btcpay has its own integrated simple app with shopping list and a cart. It's probably not something really nice you are looking for but not something you will want to get rid of when you get the website you want, it can then be integrated in to you website afterwards.
bitcoin core is not some holy grail which should be followed blindly, if it weren't for them we wouldn't even discuss about ordinals right now, there would maybe be some other shit going on.
