- take food rich in, or supplement with, glycine, NAC and selenium to maximize your glutathione levels
- prevent ferroptosis by eliminating seed oils (except black seed oil). Keep your ferritin levels at ~100ug/dL by regularly giving blood or taking blood chelators such as quercetin, curcumin, EGCG.

#nostr is a game changer. Money usefulness lies in its acceptance by a vast number of cooperating, voluntary, users. Like language, its value to an individual increases with the number of others who use it.
Until now it was the governments that were in a leading position to establish dominant networks by commanding widespread acceptance of their money by making it legal tender. The challenge is to establish a large network, because it is the existence, use and size of the network that is the source of the value of money.
I'm not sure many understand how important and disruptive is #nostr in that regard. It is a game changer. Bitcoin was the first component, providing the autarky value, which in economy is the value provided by the product itself. Us bitcoiners started to provide the second component, sometimes called the synchronization value, by creating a network for us to be able to exchange bitcoin with others bitcoiners. With #nostr we enter in another dimension because it combines the power of social networking with⚡️payments. I expect a huge network effect with an increasing number of individuals who will use it.
The bird app had the opportunity to implement ⚡️ payments. It failed. #nostr succeeded in a record time. As said by @DerekRoss, it is now only a question of time for a client to implement a marketplace. After the bird app, eBay, Amazon etc.. will be in danger. Visa, Mastercard? The evolution can be exponential.
