₿ ⚡️🥩 🏋️‍♂️ 🥶 🍄 🎶

Exactly, it can really be any exercise, the key is all out effort in that 20s work period.

You’re better off doing a 1-2 minute Tabata every 3-4 hours.

That said, I love my setup. Adjustable height desk (with a drawer) and a small, easily movable treadmill.

But how did that first week of Covid feel? And that first month? For me those periods felt like years, and that's because my normal patterns were all fucked.

It wasn't until I got into a normal routine where it felt like time started speeding up again. And I think most people settled into more mundane routines after covid compared to before.

I believe this to be true and that belief forces me to balance trying to practice good habits with a constant search for novelty and randomness in my everyday life.

Started using this app a couple of weeks ago and now it’s an easy habit 👍

Obviously that’s about as optimistic a take on how those 10 years of growth goes for automation and AI and that’s it ends up being used to free us as opposed to control us.

But I think that’s the upside of what’s actually at stake with all of this.

I’m genuinely curious when you would prefer threads over a long form post/article?

Comedy. And spreading love.

AI and automation can’t provide those things. If AI and automation create exponential leverage, and more and more needs and mundane takes are taken care of, then the market (public desire) for things like love and laughter become more sought after and more valuable.

Basically anything you can do that is inherently rewarding, whether profit is there or not, will become more of a focus of people’s lives. Even if you don’t get money from it, it won’t ever be wasted time that you uplifted friends, family, or strangers or if you made them laugh.

But also we’ll be so connected, and have so much free time, that it would make financial sense as well to provide those things to a market that would value it, that can’t get it from AI and automation.

Proud 2 pay! You don’t have to be a nerd to get nostr or V4V

Why is the logo for Munstr a green monster and not the greatest snacking cheese of all time?

As people flow into uncensorable technologies like Nostr, as individual journalists/reporters with their own reputations grow their own personal brands, what is the opportunity for a company like Reason? Where do you see the company positioning itself as this trend grows?

I stopped tracking macros after feeling better and getting results on carnivore. I assume you’re lifting if you’re worried about protein intake. You’ll gradually increase the amount of beef and eggs you can eat in a day as you adapt to the diet. For me tracking how I feel during the day and during workouts and relating that to how much I’m eating is better than chasing macros.

Is there an FAQ somewhere regarding music uploads on Nostr? If I upload something, can I delete it, or is it there for good?

This is amazing BTW

I’m already planning on using nostrichat on my next site, really hopeful about zapstr, and now this looks really useful too 🙌
