Just thinking from first principles here. I donāt believe humans have harnessed the energy required to alter the climate. We are at the mercy of a gigantic plasma fusion reactor thatās been running 5 billion years. More energy reaches the earth from the sun in ONE DAY than all humans on the planet use in 25 YEARSā¦
CO2, chemtrails, laser beams, whatever, are not capable of altering the climate, any more than peeing in the ocean raises see levels. I donāt doubt there are secret government āprogramsā, but they merely exist to extract more fiat from the debt-creating government teat.

I eat at most twice a day, many times only once, and occasionally none. Hunger only strikes around the 30 hr mark, and even then, itās not intense. More fat is the key I think is missed by some - it really helps with satiety.
That seems extreme and you might lose muscle mass. Have you tried eating more fat (60-70% calories from fat). Iām 150lbs and need 1.5 - 2lbs of fatty red meat per day. This also raises cholesterol which in turn raises testosterone, increasing muscle mass and incinerating body fat.
it's more active than a year ago that's for sure!
