Excellent question. The Sun's rays are a form of non-ionizing radiation, essentially just RF at extremely high frequencies. Of course, we evolved for billions of years underneath the Sun, so there's that. For myself, I think moderate exposure is best. Dark tans, or burns, are a sign that you've gone as far as you ought to go, or too far. We Europeans evolved at relatively high latitudes (Venice is further north than Minneapolis, for one example), where the rays are less intense than average, and I think we spent a lot of evolutionary time in shady forests. Some sunlight every day is a good thing for your health, but browning yourself in the planetary microwave oven seems like a bad idea.

Even though many (including, apparently the filmmakers) seem to think there are just two sides to this debate, I think that there are four camps in it, arrayed along two axes. One axis is from (A) "everything that exists is random and meaningless" to (B) "everything that exists is meaningful and perhaps inevitable, even if that meaning isn't obvious." I am very passionate, but I try to be diplomatic, since so many otherwise good people have been propagandized since birth by the Jewish power structure, its media, and the churches and schools it dominates. Although I grant that Jews are an intelligent race on average, I don't think that explains their fantastically dominant position in the White-hating media, usury, or the multiple degenerate, destructive movements which they seem to produce like misty summer mornings produce poison mushrooms. I think there is also a psychological and behavioral difference: a greater racial loyalty, coupled with an almost supernatural ability to gauge (and manipulate) the feelings and thoughts of others.
