I believe we have to see what the states do if they begin to accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. Many states and Congress does have bills on the books waiting for an appropriate time.
I believe once the Federal Reserve is found to be in breach of their dual mandate then pro Bitcoin bills will drop.
I also think of their arrogance not just as past tense but they imply it as complete.

Let me spitball this one and I could be totally wrong but a President may not have the authority to use active duty on the border within the states. It might be up to the states to either take care of the problem themselves using National Guard and ask other states to assist under title 32. A Guardsmen can be nationally activated under title 10. A state can deny a president to their National Guard troops.
I'm no expert.
Will they be able to keep up the illusion of their agreement to maintain the dual mandate? Have they padded the inflation and unemployment numbers? Are they in breach of contract?
