If the note isn't translated it currently lacks UI to request translation. This is a common situation where users don't want auto translation because they are learning a language but they want the translate option for situations when they don't understand.

Since this payload is written as a string in event.content fied. it follows the NIP specification. However, there is a risk of duplicating the kind of the event so a new proposal may need to be made on that point. Thanks for your comment.
