Good morning and have a peaceful day ๐
Wishing so much look with these!!!
I love those!!! We call them in Spanish: CHUFA or in German: ERDMANDELN ๐ฑ
Yes, that is so true. We tend to underestimate our impact and tend to hold back on our superpowers because we are afraid of being rejected or understood or criticized...
Just had another amazingly delicious lunch...no picture today...but I guess you know what I ate ๐๐ด๐ฏ๐ฑ
of course raw and vegan ๐คญ๐ So grateful to be able to nourish myself and my husband with such high vibrating food ๐คฉ
Keep vibing high fam โก๏ธ๐
Good morning and have a wonderful start into the week ๐
"Just another Food for Thought"
If we start listening with our heart and soul, I believe things would be very different...Looking into the eyes of an animal you will see and feel their emotions. The eyes are the windows to the soul ๐
May compassion accompany you ๐๐ฝ

Itโs never to late ๐ thank you, my day was very calm and relaxing ๐๐ผ
I could watch this for hours ๐
little by little...and tasty food doesn't have to be complicated. Stir fry is a great choice ๐๐ผ If you add some toasted cashews or sesame seeds and organic soy sauce, it'll taste great always. Also stir fry and at the end adding a mix of tahini with lemon juice and a little maple syrup and let it sit in its steam for 10 minutes, gives a really nice extra taste and texture ๐๐ฝ
Absolutely ๐ค Share your pic when it's ready ๐คฉ
Ahw ๐ฅน Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am honored to be able to share my passion and my journey. It's so much fun to inspire others. Yes, the idea is that we are the only creatures that cook our food, denaturing all the nutrients, proteins, etc. When we eat raw, we are eating the food intended for humans. Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. No animal products and no grains...
I have been vegan for over 10 years and have just started the raw vegan journey. I am also grateful that I have a very useful background as a holistic nutritionist. It helps me to know how and what to combine so as not to end up in a deficiency.
Just had such a satisfying meal ๐๐๐ค
These falafel and the tzatziki dip went into the sweet potato-onion wrap! Added lettuce, red and white cabbage, asparagus, chile and kohlrabi. What a feast ๐คญ All made from scratch, organic, vegan and raw ๐ฑ

Wait a minute, let me put this right: Just because humans are able to kill and eat meat, doesn't mean we have to and it's right to do so. Also we have the ability to reflect (most of humans do ๐). An animal does not kill because of pleasure and for culinary delight, but to survive!!! That is the big difference!!!
I mean humans are able to rape (Men used to be allowed to rape women), White humans were aloud to have slaves etc... does this mean to you, just because we can, it's ok to do so?
Second: We humans definitely don't live in a natural environment anymore...We are able to survive very well without the need to kill and abuse animals.
This is my way of looking at life with compassion and empathy.

Thanx ๐๐ฝ They are very special: no oil, not fried, not made with chick peas ๐ And still have a taste like falafel. You can make them also in the oven on a very low temperature, so no oil or frying needed. As I'm on a raw-vegan journey I'm loving it to experiment. The base of these falafel are next to the veggies, grind walnuts. So they are very filling.
Happy flowery Sunday to you ๐
Today we've got a really nice raw vegan snack. Also ideal as a side dish to a salad ๐ฑ
The falafel is made from carrots and red peppers, spices and ground flax seeds ๐ฑ
The dip is a kind of tzatziki, made from cashew, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and cucumber ๐ฑ
Who would like to try this recipe? Should I post the full recipe on zap.cooking?

Potatoes are also easier to digest when cooked. Sunchokes are also great for eating raw :)
It's the same with tapioca root as it is when harvesting it and putting it in the ground :)
Was wondering about the leaves...and great you mention it! Thanks for sharing!
How about ants and corn? This has been challenging when I was doing permaculture in tropical area though. They made nests at the roots of the corn, as the root is crazily sweet and weakened the plant enormously...
